Therefore, Bluewater’s bottles carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the bottle. Before submitting a warranty errand, please read the following: Bluewater will replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. We replace your chipped or broken bottle and if you lose any part of the bottle, we replace that too. The Bluewater lifetime warranty does not include any damage or defect caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: Improper use or misuse of the product Damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alteration or modifications Damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear (including scratches and dents, abuse, fire or Acts of God) Impacts on the vacuum of the insulated stainless steel bottle Replacement parts will be provided to address defects when occurred. We will exchange such parts with the exact same item, or similar item depending on availability. Co-branded bottles will be replaced with a Bluewater branded bottle.
